Got up at 8AM for a conversation then at10:15 met with the translator to get two more documents Joan needed translated. By 10:30 I was at the hospital waiting for doctor to remove the stitches. It wasn't my surgeon but a colleague of his. That guy could learn a lot from my surgeon. He was very cold in his demeanor and had absolutely no "bedside manners|"
From there I went to Urząd Skarbowy to find out why Joan hadn't received the document she needs. It turned out that the address I had was the main building and the actual place I needed to go was around the corner in another building. Luckily for me there was a very nice man who took me there and asked about the document. They said it was already mailed and I would just have to wait for delivery. It wasn't sent express so with the Polish postal system being what it it, only God knows when we'll actually get it. However, I'll stay optimistic and keep looking for it daily.
Later we went food shopping but only for 4 days. Cost 109zl.
Tomorrow we will go to NFZ and try to get the other document Joan needs. All of these new documents are due next Wednesday, July 2nd. I hope they make it by then. I don't know what will happen to Joan's application if we don't get them.
Wstałem o 8 rano na rozmowę, a następnie 10:15 spotkałem się z tłumaczem, aby otrzymać dwa przetłumaczone dokumenty, które są Joan potrzebne. Przed 10:30 byłem w szpitalu czekając na lekarza w celu usunięcia szwów. To nie był mój lekarz, ale jego kolega. Ten facet może się wiele nauczyć od mojego chirurga. Był bardzo oschły w zachowaniu i nie miał absolutnie żadnego, dobrego podejścia do pacjenta.
Stamtąd udałem się do Urzędu Skarbowego, aby dowiedzieć się, dlaczego Joanna nie otrzymała dokumentu, którego potrzebuje. Okazało się, że adres, który miałem to był budynek główny, a rzeczywiste miejsce, do którego musiałem iść było za rogiem w innym budynku. Na szczęście dla mnie, tam był bardzo miły człowiek, który mnie zabrał i zapytał o dokument. Powiedzieli, że już został wysłany, a ja po prostu muszę czekać na pocztę. Nie został wysłany ekspresem, tylko Bóg wie, kiedy rzeczywiście go dostaniemy. Jednak pozostanę optymistą i będę czekał na niego codziennie.
Później udaliśmy się zakupy żywności, ale tylko na 4 dni. Koszt 109zł.
Jutro pójdziemy do NFZ, by otrzymać inny dokument, który Joan potrzebuje. Wszystkie te nowe dokumenty powinny być na środę, 2 lipca. Mam nadzieję, że zrobią je do tego czasu. Nie wiem, co się stanie z wnioskiem Joanny jeśli ich nie otrzymamy.

The recognition for the Polish citizen
ReplyDeleteA foreigner can be considered as a Polish citizen.
As the Polish citizen shall be considered:
1.a foreigner residing continuously in the territory of the Republic of Poland (what is an uninterrupted stay?->) for at least 3 years on the basis of a settlement permit -> or a residence permit for a long-term EU resident ->, who has a stable and regular source of income in Poland and the legal title to the occupied dwelling->;
2.a foreigner residing continuously in Poland (what is an uninterrupted stay?->) for at least 2 years on the basis of a settlement permit -> or a residence permit for a long-term EU resident ->, who has been married to a Polish citizen for at least three years or holds no citizenship;
3.a foreigner residing continuously in the territory of the Republic of Poland (what is an uninterrupted stay?->) for at least 2 years on the basis of settlement permit ->, which was obtained in connection with having a refugee status granted in the Republic of Poland;
4.a minor foreigner, whose one of the parents is a Polish citizen residing in Poland on the basis of a settlement permit -> or a residence permit for a long-term EU resident -> and the other parent not holding Polish citizenship, has agreed to this recognition;
5.a minor foreigner, whose at least one of the parents Polish citizenship has been restored, if a minor resides in the territory of Poland on the basis of a settlement permit -> or a residence permit for a long-term EU resident -> and the other parent who does not have Polish citizenship, has agreed to this recognition;
6.a foreigner residing continuously and legally in the territory of the Republic of Poland for at least 10 years (what is an uninterrupted stay?->) who meets all of the following conditions:
has a settlement permit -> or a residence permit for a long-term EU resident ->,
and has a stable and regular source of income in Poland along with the legal title to the occupied dwelling;
