Global Transfers.

Once again I'm having problems with Citibank and transferring money since the first successful try on December 2nd.  They have added an additional security process which cancelled my latest request to transfer money. I have live chatted with a representative but to no avail since they are limited in what they do. The suggestion was to call the U.S. which will result in spending another $50 or more to resolve the problem. I am almost at the point of giving up on the "free" Global Transfers that in the end have not been free at all. With International Wire Transfers there is a fee but no headaches like I have had with Global Transfers. Yes, they have toll free numbers to call to resolve problems but my cell phone is still charged for the calls.  I'm almost ready to yell, like from the movie "Network", "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore"  Unfortunately, Citibank wouldn't hear it.

We spent some time today shopping for Rózia's birthday present but every store we went to didn't carry it so we have to think of an alternative present now. I know she likes reading, drawing and painting but last year we gave her a book and this year we would like it to be something different, what exactly I don't know yet.

I listened to a new singing group today from Texas and they are really good. They sing acapella and are similar to the group Tonic Sol Fa. I'll put them up on the blog tomorrow so you can listen.

Po raz kolejny, od czasu pierwszej udanej próby 2 grudnia mam problemy z Citibankiem i transferem pieniędzy. Dodali dodatkowe  zabezpieczenia , które anulowały mój ostatni wniosek o przelew. Przez chwilę bezpośrednio rozmawiałem z przedstawicielem , ale bezskutecznie , ponieważ oni mają ograniczone możliwości ingerencji w ten proces. Pojawiła się sugestia, by zadzwonić do USA , co spowoduje wydanie kolejnych $ 50 lub więcej , aby rozwiązać problem . Jestem prawie w tym punkcie, by przerzucić się na"wolny od opłat" Global Transfers , ale w końcu on wcale nie jest za darmo. W International Wire Transfers miałem opłatę, ale nie taki ból głowy, jaki miałem z Global Transfers . Tak, mają darmowe numery , aby zadzwonić w celu rozwiązania problemu , ale za połączenia z mojego telefonu nadal jest pobierana opłata . Jestem prawie gotowy krzyczeć , jak z filmu " Network ", " Jestem wściekły jak cholera i nie zamierzam już tego znosić " Niestety , Citibank nie zechciałby tego usłyszeć.

Dzisiaj spędziliśmy trochę czasu na zakupie  urodzinowego prezentu dla  Rózi, ale każdy sklepie do którego się udaliśmy, nie posiadał tego, co chcieliśmy kupić , więc teraz musimy pomyśleć  o alternatywnym upominku . Wiem, że lubi czytać, rysować i malować , ale w ubiegłym roku daliśmy jej książkę , a w tym roku chcielibyśmy , żeby to było coś innego , a co dokładnie, tego jeszcze nie wiem.

Dzisiaj słuchałem nowej, śpiewające grupy  z Teksasu i są naprawdę dobrzy . Śpiewają acapella i są podobni do grupy Tonic Sol Fa. Wrzucę ich jutro na blog, więc można będzie posłuchać
