Guitar month.

Exciting news for Joan and I.  Our favorite Polish guitarist, Łukasz Kuropaczewski, will be hosting a series of classical guitar concerts around Poznań during the month of August starting on our wedding anniversary, August 12th.  We saw him perform twice last year and it's worth the drive to go to the other little cities he will be playing in as well as Poznań.  He is an excellent guitarist and was trained at the Peabody School of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Already he has given many concerts in different countries and we have no doubt his star is rising. Even though I haven't played guitar myself for many years, my love for the instrument has not diminished with time. Over the years Joan and I have listened to many classical guitarist including the Master, Andre Segovia (7 times), John Williams, Christopher Parkening, Oscar Ghilia, Julian Bream and Narcissco Yepes but Łukasz shows the most passion for what he does among them all.  The mentioned guitarists were/are all on the highest level of performance and while Łukasz isn't quite there yet, he is certainly on his way. It will be a pleasure to see him perform again.

He is also showcasing other, younger guitarists during this festival so it's a chance to hear new people as well.  We're excited.

Ekscytująca wiadomość dla Joan i ja Nasze ulubione Polska gitarzysta Łukasz Kuropaczewski, będzie gospodarzem serii koncertów gitarowych w Poznaniu w sierpniu począwszy od naszego ślubu, 12 sierpnia. Widzieliśmy go wykonywać dwa razy w zeszłym roku i warto napędu, aby przejść do innych miasteczek będzie on gra w, jak i Poznaniu. Przez lata Joan i słuchałem wielu gitarzystą klasycznym w tym Master, Andre Segovia (7 razy), John Williams, Christopher Parkening, Oscar Ghilia, Julian Bream i Narcissco Yepes ale Łukasz pokazuje najczęściej pasją, co robi wśród nich wszystkie . Wspomniane gitarzystów były / są na najwyższym poziomie wydajności i podczas gdy Łukasz nie jest całkiem tam jeszcze, jest on z pewnością na jego drodze. To będzie przyjemność zobaczyć go na scenie ponownie.
