School days!

The first week of school in both the U.S. and Poland and here are pictures of young cousins starting the year. Blake is the oldest, in his last year of high school and William and Preston are the youngest.

We had a late meeting with Z today at 5:30PM and decided to move our meetings back to 3PM on Wednesdays because traffic is so back late in the day. He helped translate a letter from cousin Janek because there were some words I was unsure of. I sent Janek a family descendant outline and asked him to fill in any dates that he knew from his side of the family. Yes, I'm still continuing to collect information on my family roots here in Poland and am grateful for any information given to me that I didn't know. He also told me that one great uncle, either from our great grandfather or great grandmothers side of the family, lived in Rhodesia for a time. He eventually went to America because he had malaria and the climate was too bad for him to survive there. Very interesting! Janek did fill in several missing dates and made corrections to misspelled names so that was nice to receive.
