I loved the PACZKI video--how true it is. All the bakeries in our area are just as busy on "Paczki Day"!! We also have a Polish lady in our neighborhood that makes them in her home for family and friends----so much better than the bakery ones. You know---"the old fashioned way"!!! And, yes, I will indulge in a couple before lent starts!!!
