Szamoutulska Street

Today we walked up Szamoutulska street and I came across these flowere in a yard. I'm not sure what they are but they are very pretty. The weather was a little chilly so we only walked about 15 blocks and then returned home. Joan made Żurek for dinner and then at 6PM I went for the Polish class. There are only four lessons left and then it's over. This Friday we have no class because of the holiday, Corpus Christi, on Thursday. So it's a four day holiday for the school. Actually, we only have to lessons left, then a test on June 3rd and last class on June 6th. This time went by very fast.

    Joan and David,
The flowers you saw are called in Polish - stokrotki, in English sometime they are called button daisies. They bloom a lot during spring and summer and are quite cute little flowers. If you see them in the meadow you can pick them up and put small bunch in the vase on the table. You can even grow them on your balcony in the pot and have fresh flowers all the time.
Well looks like you are going to get education in plant names also along your Polish lessons.
